This study provides insights into Pakistan’s historical development through focusing on politics in Sindh, a key province constituting the new nation state in 1947. This examination of party and ministerial politics at the provincial level should contribute to a deeper understanding of Pakistan and the challenges and difficulties it has faced following independence in establishing a stable political system and government.
