Abstract
The world is at the beginning of remolding. China is on the eve of rising. In his keynote July 26,2017,Xi Jinping said that since the Party’s 18th Congress, the Party and national causes are at a new era as socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new development stage. The Chinese nation which suffered for a long time has achieved a historical leap and in the near future, should embark on “great power diplomacy.” Responding to internal and external change, China is planning long term for rejuvenation and fulfillment of the Chinese dream.
