Abstract
The author substantiates the idea of integrating the Russian nuclear power complex into the worldwide energy system. It would involve the transformation of the Rosenergoatom Concern into a Transnational Metacompetitive Corporation. If the transformation of the Rosenergoatom Concern is to take place there is a need to pursue an active forward strategy, which means giving up the role of a passive performer and becoming an active participant in its development.
