Abstract
The article focuses on the current state and prospects for cooperation between Russia and Southeast Asia countries in nanotechnologies, space, and military technology. It states that Russia must concentrate on its foreign policy towards the countries of Southeast Asia as they play a leading role in the balance of forces. It mentions that China and Delhi have been Russia’s main strategic partners for arms sales.
